  • Walk-in customers are welcome; one at a time please!  
  • For purchasing parts you can also phone / email your request; we will fill your order and leave it in the drop box outside for you (this has been working well)
  • All collection / payment must be made by closing time which is 5pm Monday to Friday. 
  • Until further notice, we are only accepting payment by Visa or Mastercard to a maximum of $5,000.00
  • We no longer open on Saturdays 


  • We are experiencing a SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN supply chain slow-downs and VERY unpredictable delivery times. However, we are still well stocked with essentials, such as oil, filters, anodes, etc., and have been able to accommodate all repairs (with some time delays). We do not know what lies ahead however as parts are increasingly difficult to source.


  • We are exceptionally busy and the next booking to come in will be serviced around the end of October 2020.  
  • We are doing our best to keep up with demand as boaters are boating:
  • We ask that phone calls and emails be kept to a minimum with respect to your service so we can focus on the work at hand as efficiently as possible. Depending on what is occurring on the job, we normally call when a job is underway or finished.  If you have not heard from us it means we have not gotten to your Work Order as yet.
  • To re-iterate, depending where you are on the Job Board, we’ll get to you when we get to you and will call you then. We appreciate your patience. 


  • Mobile work may be disrupted as each job will be assessed on an individual basis according to prevailing conditions. 


  • Everyone here continues to strictly observe guidelines and isolating in the Phase 3 Bubble outside of work. We are also maintaining self care so we can keep going and hopefully we get through this without any further difficulties.
