First Service / 20 Hour Service & Inspection

Service Description

All engine manufacturers recommend servicing new engines after 20 hours of operation (or first service) to ensure the engine is working properly. This is a very important service and should not be overlooked. The First Service includes the following:

• Change Engine Oil & Filter
• Change Gear Oil
• Perform Diagnostic Scan
• Check Throttle & Gear Shift Operation
• Check All Hoses & Gaskets for Leaks

We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of need. Out haul services are available at Lions Bay Marina for power boats up to 32ft LOA, with a 10ft beam. You can also trailer your boat to us if that is the more convenient option for you.

We stock a large inventory of marine engine parts for Yamaha Outboards, Mercury MerCruiser engines & Volvo Penta (gas & diesel) engines. Parts that are not in stock can be special ordered, although delivery times are uncertain due to a continued slowdown in the supply chain. Please contact us with your parts needs.
