Marine Parts Ordering and Return Policy 📦

Retail parts may be ordered through our website or by phone. To ensure accuracy, relevant details are required, such as engine model number & serial number. Parts may be picked up between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (we are closed on weekends and public holidays). Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

  • Parts purchased from our stocked inventory may be returned for refund with the sales receipt and in the new and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Full credit will be given for defective parts.
  • The sale of electrical components is final.
  • The sale of tools is final.
  • Special orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. Special order sales are final.
  • Payment is accepted by cash, debit or credit card (Visa & Mastercard only).
